Technique of execution:


  1. Sit in Padmasanu (The Lotus pose) and place the palms on the floor on either side of the pelvis.
  2. Pushing your hands, on exhalation, cut the abdominal muscles and tear off the pelvis and legs from the floor.
  3. Balance in the pose for 10-15 seconds.
  4. With an exhalation, sink to the floor, change the position of the legs and perform the asana again.
