Technique of execution:

  1. Move the right palm to the left so that it is in the center of the longitudinal axis of the rug.
  2. Press the inside of your left foot against the inside of your right foot.
  3. While balancing on the right leg and right arm, direct the outer edge of the left foot from the floor.
  4. Guide the right side of the chest forward, and the left shoulder back.


Start at the Stance Pose. Transfer the weight of the body to your right arm and roll onto the outer part of the right foot. Take the left leg forward to the level of the femora and put the left foot on the floor. Stretch out through the inside of the right foot. Pull the left hand out over the left ear, and point the left side of the hip and chest up, creating a kind of arch. Lower your right ear to your shoulder.
